If you're needing a storage solution to dry baking goods, check out this great deal on the Progressive Brown Sugar Container, over on Amazon. This container features a snap in disc made of Terra cotta, which can keep brown sugar from going dry and clumping.
This is a super cool idea, and I would probably snag this little container for myself if I needed one! I happen to bake a LOT and just don't have issues with brown sugar drying out. I use it too fast. LOL. However, I love the idea. You soak the disc and dry excess water off, and then seal shut to maintain freshness (according to directions.) See more and shop at link below.
