ALDI Hiring Event: ALDI is bringing new jobs to the area with a hiring event for its Oklahoma City and Norman, Oklahoma Stores Monday, March 3rd.
ALDI invites job seekers to apply for Store Associate, Shift Managers and Manager Trainee positions. ALDI offers employees generous compensation that is well above the industry standard.
When & Where:
Positions:
- Sales Associate – $11.50 per hour
- Shift Manager – $16.00 per hour ($11.50 base plus additional $4.50 per hour when performing manager duties)
- Manager Trainees – $22.00 per hour
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
- Retail experience preferred
- Management experience preferred for Manager Trainees
- Drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift 45 pounds
