If you’re new to CVS and don’t have any ECB from a previous shopping trip to use on the first transaction then the amount you pay will be your “seed money”. “Seed money” is the money you pay out of pocket to get your first Extra Care Bucks (ECB) to use on future purchases.
In the first scenario (3 transactions) we will be getting $31.22 in product for $11.55 + any applicable sales tax with $2.00 in ECB to use next week. That’s a savings of about 64%!
In the second scenario (2 transactions using 20% off coupon) we will be getting $35.75 in product for $10.24 + tax with $1.00 in EB to use next week. That's a savings of about 71%!
Last week we ended up with .99 in ECB which I will incorporate into this week’s scenario.
We Beauty Club members will have $7.00 in purchases towards our FREE $5.00 ECB!

On your CVS scenario for 9/1 you mentioned to use (3) .75 off toothpaste coupons on 2 toothpastes. Just want to make sure that’s correct.
