You can sign up for the Circle card credit/debit card online or in-store.  Once you’re approved, a coupon valid for $50 off a $50+ purchase will be mailed to you with your Circle Card – coupon will be valid for 30 days after activated.

  1. I qualified for the target red card on October 14th, but I didn’t receive a $40 coupon in the mail unfortunately.

    1. Hi Tehya, sorry to here that! Have you received your REDcard yet? The $40 coupon was supposed to come with your card. If you’ve received your card but not the coupon I’d call customer service. 🙂
