Both lawsuits allege that Defendant Ferrero made representations through its marketing and advertising of Nutella brand hazelnut spread, improperly suggesting that Nutella is healthier than it actually is.

In comparison to Peanut butter yes it is healthier in some aspects, overall no it’s not and their advertising can lead some to believe that it’s a healthy breakfast food but really it’s just too dang good to care how healthy it is or isn’t Haha

lol is this for real people are crying because a nut butter product isnt healthy? do people read labels? its clearly marked. and they never claimed it itself to be healthy they said in the commercials that its good and it helps kids eat healthy multigrain bread/toast. absolutlely pathetic and really really makes shame on this country. all these people reaching for lawsuits so they dont have to go to work and can sit on their butts all day doing nothing. go get a job people no one is entitled to anything but the air they breathe!

I really like this sight alot. Do you really want to encourage a frivolous lawsuit over weather something is not as ‘healthy’ as the label claims.

We are not encouraging a “frivolous” lawsuit. The lawsuit has already happened. This is the Class Action Settlement Phase. We are not encouraging anyone to do anything that they are not comfortable with. This post was meant to inform people of what had happened and give them the opportunity to join the settlement class if they wanted to. Nutella had already been found to have misleading marketing tactics and they are correcting them. If you do not want to participate in the Class Action that is your right; however, there are other people that may wish to participate.
