As you all know by now I am a Disney nut! I think we have been to Disney World 3 or 4 times and we never get to old for it. I still have yet to visit Disneyland or take a Disney Cruise but it's on my list. I was recently chosen as a #DisneySide Ambassader and went sent a wonderful box of goodies to throw my very own #DisneySide party for 10 kids. There were so many people I wanted to invite but since I had to narrow it down to 10 I just decided to invite the kids from church. I definitely want to give a shout out to Leah, Heather, Shannon and Chang for helping with the kids and helping with the food, you were such a HUGE help!

We had a ton of food, including Tigger Tails, Mickey PB&J, Pluto's Popcorn, Pixie Juice, Mickey Cookies and more! The kids had fun eating all of our Disney themed food and everyone asked for seconds.

Hanes sent us t-shirts for all of the kids to decorate. We decided to let the kids trace Mickey on their shirt and decorate with sponge brushes and puff paint!

While we let the shirts dry we played Disney bingo. I bought gold coins at Hobby Lobby to use to mark their spaces. Everyone got a prize!

Disney BingoI also bought photo props for some fun photos and the kids had a great time. We ended the party watching Disney's Oz The Great and Powerful and some Pluto's Pupcorn and then passed out Disney themed goodie bags. A huge thanks to Disney for helping make this party a succcess. The kids had a blast and it was great fellowship for the moms too.

  1. Wow I’d love to go but I’m a single mother of 3. I don’t make loads of money … that’s why I come to this sight to save what little I make as a juvenile detention guard.
How on earth does one afford going to go Disney World? If there are special deals please hook me up! I’m a Single mom with 7 days of vacation time left and roughly $1000.00 towards all expenses and travel… can it be done? Or should I stash it away and hope for 2015?
