There is so much pleasure in eating, so learn to cook and start making meals to take to work to avoid filling up on things that you buy at the local takeout place. We mentioned this one already but you need sleep! You need enough sleep per day that you are able to function as sleep is when you are healing! You need to give your body the time to rest, as if you do, you will be able to think better, move better and you’ll feel far more rested as a result. Say no to working weekends.
If you are working a weekday 9-5 job, stop getting into work on the weekend and learn to make your weekend about you – especially if you’re not paid for overtime.
