Let's talk about those crisptacular cucumbers I mentioned before. Biting into a refreshing cucumber is like actually tasting summer. I'm so glad I can buy them all year round! Gorton's Simply Bake Shrimp Scampi is another of their restaurant style perfectly prepared and blessedly prep-free Simply Baked items that can be served on top of cucumbers as a tasty appetizer. Now that I've found the Gortons Simply bake line, my life is getting a teensy bit easier.  When you stay busy like I do, something as simple as knowing you can go from freezer to oven, and your meal is already half done, can be a real lifesaver. How many times have I caved and stopped for fast food because I no longer had time to make what I had planned, and didn't have an option for making something in half the time? Oh and be sure to enter the Sea of Possibilities Sweepstakes will run from that ends 10/31/16. You could win $5,000. Also you can print a Gorton's coupon for $1 off any 2 Gorton's products.
