Simply Baked Salmon Spread Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Gortons Simply Bake Salmon with Roasted Garlic & Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1-2 tbs capers to taste
- juice from 1 lemon
- red onion
Instructions
- Cook Salmon according to direction then let it cool and flake it up.
- Add cream cheese, lemon juice, steak seasoning to a large mixing bowl (I use my KitchenAid stand mixer) and mix on high till nice and fluffy.
- Add salmon, onions (diced fine),and capers then mix until blended well.
- Serve on Crostini's, Triscuit's or crackers.
