It always seems like there’s that one night each week that I end up wishing I’d pulled my slow cooker out that morning when I’d had time. I have a pretty similar routine every Thursday, and yet, I still think I’m going to bring things together when it comes time for dinner.
I end up exhausted and frustrated with myself time after time because I’ve failed.
