This Easy Salsa Chicken Casserole has quickly become a family favorite! Taco Tuesday is my children’s favorite meal, but after a few weeks in a row I start to get a little bored. This casserole is a great alternative. It has the taco taste but its even easier to make!
I love this casserole because it’s so easy to make. The list of ingredients it’s so short! I normally have most of them in my pantry. I also love that everything just goes straight into the casserole dish! I love cooking, but I hate cleaning! So the less dishes the better!
This casserole packs tons of flavor! Make sure you use your favorite salsa. I enjoyed scooping the rice mixture onto chips and eating it that way. I put a dab of sour cream of the chicken and it tasted perfect!
If you love tacos I just know you are going to love this Easy Salsa Chicken Casserole!
