Crock Pot Spaghetti Squash with Meatballs
Satisfy the craving for spaghetti and meatballs with this low carb dish!
Ingredients
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 bag frozen Meatballs
Instructions
- After you thoroughly wash your spaghetti squash, cut it in half and remove the seeds and membrane. Place the squash cut side down in the crock pot and pour the spaghetti sauce all around the squash then add the meatballs to the sauce. Cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 3 hours. The squash takes longer to cook than the meatballs so you can wait to add the meatballs later if you would like.
- To make this extra healthy you can use Organic Spaghetti Sauce and Turkey Meatballs!
Notes
Yield: 2 Large servings, or 4 small servings.
I used boneless chicken thighs cause we like dark meat. So smaller portions but most definitely a keeper.
