This is one of my easy go-to recipes when I'm going to have a busy day. It's great because it's just a lot of open the can and dump….but it takes great! My mother-in-law even asked for the recipe! Whoa!

Brunswick Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Onion, chopped
  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can of Cream Style Corn
  • 1 Can of Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Bottle of Chili Sauce
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Margarine
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place chopped on in the bottom of a slow cooker and set chicken on top.
  2. Add all other remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook, covered, on High for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
  4. Remove chicken to shred and then put make in.
  5. Enjoy!
