Chocolate and strawberries…you can’t go wrong! When I think of Valentine’s day, my mind instantly goes to flowers, hearts and chocolate covered strawberries. But don’t you hate it when you bite into a delicious chocolate covered strawberry and the chocolate cracks and falls off. Try this fun tip. Cut the top and the tip of the strawberry off, you cut the tip so that it can stand up on it’s own. Then take a knife and gently scrap out some of the inside. Spoon in some melted chocolate and then let it cool. That’s it!
