I’m always looking for new dinner recipes. This one came from a friend. It’s easy to make and you can add in extras if you want. The orange adds a nice flavor, but if you want more flavor I suggest adding some more spices.

- 1 Orange, sliced
- 1-2 pounds of chicken
- 6 potatoes, cubed
- 1 small bag of baby carrots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- Place the potatoes, carrots, and onions in a 13x9 pan and place chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour broth into pan. Lay the sliced oranges on top of the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are soft.
- Use the broth from the pan to make a gravy. Squeeze the oranges into the gravy for added flavor.
