Roasted Cauliflower

I've been searching for another way to eat cauliflower. I'm really only steamed it and seasoned it….I've been missing out! The other day I tried roasting cauliflower. It was Ah-Mazing!!! I literally ate over half of what I made and I would have just eaten it all if I didn't have to share with my husband.

A few times…. keep an eye on it the last 10 minutes or so. It turns brown quickly and so you need to stir it around frequently to brown all of it. Getting it nice a brown is what adds flavor.

Give it a try…you won't be disappointed!
