Homemade Spreadable Butter Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 Sticks of pure butter
• 1 1/2 cups of light olive oil

Instructions

1. Add butter and olive oil to a mixer and blend until smooth
2. Add to a container. (I prefer glass)
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. I use the expiration date that came of the stick of butter for how long I keep in my fridge.
5. You can add another 3/4 cup of oil if t's not creamy enough.
