South of the Border Pizza


  • 4 Steak-EZE Angus Steaks
  • 1 fully cooked pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup mexican blend cheese,shredded
  • 1/2 cup of black olives
  • 1/2 cup of tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper,thinly sliced
  • Sour crea, Guacamole & Salsa


  1. Preheat oven according to pizza crust directions.
  2. Prepare Philly steak according to the directions on the pkg with onions set aside
  3. Spread beans on crust evenly
  4. Top with steak mixture,olive & cheese
  5. Bake until cheese is melted
  6. Add tomatoes and peppers to the top and slice
  7. Serve with spur cream,guacamole and salsa on the side
