Makeup Eraser VS. Fresh Face Cloths at Aldi
The Original Makeup Eraser is about $20 each while a 5-ct. Fresh Face Cloth at Aldi is just $4.99! That's a big price difference but how do they stack up against The Original? Here's our take on the differences.
First let me say, I've had my Makeup Eraser for quite some time now and I love it. I does everything as advertised. It takes off all my makeup without the use of soap or facial cleanser and leaves my face feeling clean. When I saw the Huntington Home Fresh Face Cloths at Aldi I knew I had to give them a try, especially with paying only $4.99 for FIVE of them!
Here's our Comparison:
- Price: $20 for The Original Makeup Eraser 1ct. and $6.99 for Fresh Face Cloths 5ct.
- Size: both are the same size about 7.5 x 15 inches. The Fresh Face Cloths have a little tab at the end that I liked so you can hang it.
- Texture: both feel the about same to me. The Original Makeup Eraser has one side that exfoliates, I didn't feel any difference with the Fresh Face Cloths.
- Care: both are machine washable.
So far so good, but how well does the Aldi brand actually work? In my opinion, they work great. Used it just like my Makeup Eraser and it took off all my makeup without a problem and my face felt clean afterwards.
The hands down winner is the Fresh Face Cloths due to the price. Pay $20 for one or get 5 for $4.99 ($1.39 each). If you're lucky enough to find these at your location – SCORE!
