Low Carb Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cookies Yum

Low Carb Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cookies

This recipe is Keto friendly and great for holidays if you know there will be those on a Keto diet at your family gathering.

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Cookies

If you've seen the Pumpkin Morsels at the store but are unsure of how you could use them in a recipe, look no further! These cookies are easy to whip up and have just enough spice to complement the Pumpkin Morsels!

Homemade Pumpkin Bars

These bars can really take the place of the traditional brownie or cookie bar dessert this time of year.  Top with nuts or just leave plain for the kids!

Pumpkin Snickerdoodle

Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies:

So easy and so yummy, this is a great cookie recipe if you're not a fan of elaborate desserts or cookies with lots of additions.  The classic Snickerdoodle gets a pumpkin spin for fall.  These were a huge hit when I used to bring them to work with me.  Never any leftovers!

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies with Caramel Cream Cheese Filling

Kids love these but the caramel and pumpkin flavors will have adults enjoying these too! Just one is enough for dessert, and the caramel cream cheese filling complements the pumpkin so well.

Homemade Pumpkin Bars (Older Recipe):

You may notice I have two Pumpkin Bar recipes.  This one is the older one and has a few differences. This one has two more eggs, and a bit more oil, flour and sugar. The result is a heavier end result, so if you're looking for a richer, more dessert like bar, this one is for you!

Breads and Breakfasts:

Homemade Pumpkin Pecan Bread

I love making pumpkin breads for breakfast and our Sunday School class.  I love the pecans in this recipe for an extra touch!

Baked Pumpkin French Toast

Baked Pumpkin French Toast

This breakfast is assembled the night before and it's ready to go in the oven in the morning! Bake in ramekins for a shorter cooking time of only 30 minutes, so you can have a hot breakfast on the table with minimal time in the kitchen.  Great for Thanksgiving morning!

Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Homemade Donuts have always been a huge favorite around here.  I love them from the donuts shops, of course, but a hot doughnut right out of the oven is just perfect for a fall brunch at home.

Homemade Pumpkin Pancakes:

This is another fun breakfast you can make for the family to celebrate a day off from school, holiday, or just because.  Top with whipped cream and one or two candy corns for fun!

Pumpkin Donut Holes:

If you love the thought of Pumpkin donuts but need a recipe to go a little further and possibly be quicker to make a lot of, check out this Pumpkin Donut Holes recipe.  These are great for kids, parties, and even a weekend breakfast at home!

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Pumpkin is a staple in my pantry this time of year.  These muffins are kid friendly and of course healthier than your average chocolate chip or sugary muffin, since you have the added pumpkin!  Use fun Halloween or Thanksgiving baking cups to dress them up!

Desserts:

Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

This cheesecake really has the WOW factor, which sometimes I have to say I love for holiday events! It's beautiful and not over the top with whipped cream and candies like you see so many cheesecakes topped with.  This one may make an appearance on our Thanksgiving menu! 😀

Pumpkin Spice Pretzels

Hand Dipped Pumpkin Spice Pretzels

Make these adorable pretzels for a sweet and salty snack.  I love that you can gift these in a decorative tin or candy box, and they travel well.

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

Pumpkin and cream cheese are a match made in Heaven… add cinnamon and wow, so delicious! I try to whip up a batch of pumpkin cupcakes at least once during the fall, and this recipe is a great go-to for me.

Delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

This is more of a classic Pumpkin Cheesecake.  It has all the rich whipped cream on top, and is a taller, more traditional holiday cheesecake.  We have had Pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving desserts for years, since not all family members are fans of traditional Pumpkin Pie. 🙂

Sour Cream Pumpkin Bundt Cake Recipe

For the cake fans, this Sour Cream Pumpkin Bundt Cake is a delicious dessert you can include on the holiday menu.  Bundt cakes are so easy I will actually whip up one for a special weeknight dessert sometimes! Bundt cakes also travel well.  If you aren't big on icing, another idea is to just top with powdered sugar.

Pumpkin Roll

This another recipe that will wow everyone! Slice into beautiful spirals with cream cheese frosting in every bite for a wonderful fall dessert.  If you're nervous about rolling it up or have tried one of these before without success, check out my tips along with this recipe! Guiltless Pumpkin Pie:

Splenda, coconut flour and eggs keep the calories down for this Guiltless Pumpkin Pie.  Great recipe for anyone wanting a low sugar option for the Thanksgiving menu.

Creamy Caramel Pumpkin Eggnog for Two

Eggnog is one of those things, you either love it or you don't! But if you adore your holiday eggnog, check out this recipe.  This can be a treat for Christmas Eve, or any family or movie night!

Gluten Free Roast Pumpkin Seeds

If you're carving a pumpkin, don't throw out all the seeds! You can roast them and enjoy as a healthy snack!
