Easy-to-Make Fabric Flowers!
More Frugal Tips /The Royal Family/From Our Readers /Guest Post
I make these fabric flowers all the time….so I thought it was about time to share! They are so simple and easy to make. They make great establishments to shirts, hair bows, headbands, pillows….I'm putting them on picture frames for Christmas presents.
1.Start with a circle of fabric. The size of the circle will depend on how big you want the flower to be. My fabric was about 4 inches and the flower when I was done was about half that size. Cut the outside of the circles wavy to form petals.
2.Cut the flower in spiral circle until you reach the middle.
3. Start gluing. Start from the middle, add a drop of glue and then push on the fabric. Continue doing that until you've glued it all.
That's it! It takes a little practice and experimenting to make the flower the way you like them. But I love them! So easy and so cute! A great way to use up those scraps!
