I can't believe that Summer is almost here! My children are out of school next week and to celebrate we decided to have a fun campfire in our backyard. We have a little DIY fire pit in our back yard that really needs to be used more.  Sounds like a perfect excuse for one of my favorite chocolate desserts!

Everyone loves the classic s'more…but I came up with a twist! How about an inside out s'more?! When I was at Walmart shopping for supplies I saw a demo for the new Twix Bites. After tasting the sample I couldn't resist! And that is when the wheels started turning!

Instead of the boring marshmallow, chocolate bar and graham cracker I wanted to try something new. I took the marshmallow and pushed inside a Twix bite. Then I toasted it to perfection and it was out…of…this…world!! It still has the chocolate, cookie crunch and marshmallow but it also had a small hint of caramel. Perfection!
