A little while ago I asked how you, my readers, prepare a turkey tenderloin. Here is one of the responses…

Leshia Hickman, “I put mine in the crock pot and pour just enough Italian dressing over it to simmer for a few hours. The meat will fall apart and makes great sandwiches”

Sounded easy enough! So I gave it a try! I put my turkey tenderloin in a my slow cooker with just enough Italian dressing to cover it. In a few hours the meat was tender, juicy and shredding with a fork.

I served the meat of fresh bakes rolls, lettuce and a little mayo. A great, easy, home made meal!

  3. BTW ~ your sandwich looks awesome as well ~ we eat turkey sandwiches all the time. I love using the crock pot in the summer, less heat in the house!
