This mouth watering Rosemary Lemon Pork Chops recipe comes from my mother in law and has been featured on PorkBeInspired.com! This recipe can be done on the grill and won't heat up the house on those warmer summer days. This recipe is Keto Friendly/Low Carb. You could serve it with a side of grilled broccoli or grilled brussels sprouts covered in bacon and parmesan. Rosemary is such a fragrant herb that it pretty much taste great on any meat. I love to pull fresh rosemary from my garden to use when I am cooking. Now that my son is older, he loves to grill. So he's always coming up with an excuse for us to have a new recipe to grill.

Pork Chops are also one of the more economical meat dishes to feed your family with. They go on sale often (or I can find great coupons as pictured below) at my local grocery stores. They keep well in the freezer too and make a great weeknight meal. They are also so versatile. You can make them so many ways and pretty much add whatever seasoning you like. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine did! If you love the Keto diet, check our Keto me Baby page.

Rosemary Lemon Pork Chops Recipe For Summer:

Directions:

This recipe comes together pretty quickly, with just prepping a quick marinade.  In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a large resealable bag and add pork.  If you have those handy bag holders, just mix the entire marinade in the resealable bag!

Set pork aside for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Prepare a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Grill pork until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, about 4 minutes per side. Remove chops from grill and let rest 3 minutes.
