Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brush melted butter on one side of the bread slices and place them buttered side down on a baking pan.
3. Evenly place cheese on the bread slices.
4. On one slice of the bread evenly spread the macaroni and cheese along with the bread and butter pickles.
5. On the other slice of bread evenly spread the pulled pork and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
6. Place the pan in the oven and cook open faced until the cheese starts to melt and the bottoms of the bread start to get toasty.
7. Place the two halves together and finish toasting.
8. Let cool and serve.
