I love one dish wonders and try to keep my meals as quick and easy as possible so when I came across this recipe I was thrilled! I made Italian Chicken Bake for the first time last week and it is one that is definitely going on my menu rotation! It was super easy to throw together and tasted delicious, too!
Chicken Parmesan is a favorite meal in our household but it doesn't get made very often because of all the work and clean-up that goes into it. Italian Chicken Bake is the quick, easy clean-up version of Chicken Parmesan. The chicken is topped with your favorite marinara sauce (or homemade!) then slices of provolone cheese and topped with a crunchy bread crumb/parmesan mixture. Cook up some spaghetti noodles and you've got a great meal ready in less than an hour's time! That's really all there is to it.
If you're a fan of rich marinara sauce and melty, cheesy goodness then this recipe is for you!
