These are one of my favorite recipes…because they are oh so easy! All you need is a few ingredients! I make sure that I always have a yellow cake mix in my pantry because you can do so many things with it besides just a cake!
What Else Can I Use in My Cookie Bars?
The great thing about this 4-ingredient cookie bar recipe is that it's very versatile! You can switch out the chocolate chips for virtually any other kind of mix-in — raisins, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, dried fruit — the options are endless! Just make sure you add the mix-ins at the end when everything else has been combined so that they stay nice and crunchy.
How Do I Keep my Cookie Bars From Sticking to the Pan?
The key to keeping your cookie bars from sticking to the pan is to line it with parchment paper before adding your batter. This will help ensure that your bars come out perfectly every time without any sticking or burning on the bottom of the pan. If you don't have parchment paper handy, simply grease your pan with cooking spray or butter before adding your batter.
How Can I Store The Leftovers?
These 4-ingredient cookie bars are best served warm out of the oven but if you have leftovers (which won't happen often!), simply store them in an airtight container in a cool place such as a pantry or cupboard. You can also wrap them individually in plastic wrap or wax paper and freeze them for up to 3 months! That way they'll always be ready whenever you need a quick snack fix.
Cookie bars are one of those treats that everyone loves but not everyone knows how to make easily at home – until now!
