For this recipe you will need 8 ingredients – Flour, Butter, Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Egg, Salt and Orange Juice! Alternatively you can freeze them after baked so they’ll last longer but still taste delicious when thawed. I like to keep mine in a sealed container lined with paper towels to soak up any moisture.

I love Tropicana Orange Juice because it’s not from concentrate, meaning the only thing that’s in the bottle is delicious natural orange juice made from fresh oranges!  I really like the fact that Tropicana Pure Premium is 100% pure Florida orange juice, not to mention it comes in an attractive package as well! The soft fluffy sugar cookies have a slight hit of orange along with the orange sugary glaze.

    1. Hi Debby.
There isn’t an icing recipe for the cookies, you just use what you have on hand. You might try some cream cheese frosting and add a couple of tablespoons of Tropicana to the can. 🙂
