Kid Approved Appetizer:
These Pizza Bubbles are such a fun way to change up how we eat pizza! They are so incredibly easy and so incredibly yummy and are great for appetizers, party foods and even main meals at home. I made these last night for our supper and we cleaned up the pan. Next time the kids have a sleepover whip up these Pizza Bubbles and then watch them disappear! These really are a great idea for just about any occasion.
Moms love these these because they are quick and easy and kids love them because they are delicious kid-size pizzas! Simply serve with a side of jarred pizza sauce (or click HERE for my homemade pizza sauce recipe!) and you have a quick, delicious appetizer or meal that everyone will love! Instead of ordering a pizza or buying a frozen pizza, give these a try!
Serve with warm pizza sauce and enjoy!

Pizza Bubbles
These are easy and kid-approved, but also a perfect appetizer for game day. Yum!
Ingredients
- Buttermilk Biscuits , 3 cans
- 1 jar of Pizza Sauce
- Pepperoni, 10-16 oz Bag
- 1 block of Cheese, cut into 24-28 squares (I used Colby Jack)
- 2 TBSP Parmesan (to taste)
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
Open up your canned biscuits and flatten out a biscuit. Place 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese square and another pepperoni on the flattened biscuit and then fold up the edges all the way around, making sure the edges are sealed, so that it makes a little bundle. Place seam side down in your prepared baking dish. Continue until your pan is full.
Brush the beaten egg over the pepperoni/cheese bundles then sprinkle with garlic powder, italian seasoning and Parmesan.
Bake about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Magic Bars (or Magic Cookie Bars, Hello Dollies, or Cookie Layer Bars)… we all have some variation of this dessert in our recipe box! I knew I had to come up with a low carb option, since these are just too good to give up!
The main unhealthy culprits in traditional Magic Bars are the sweeten condensed milk and the crust. They are just full of sugar and carbs. So, these are replaced with Keto friendly ingredients. Stick with me, since the bars have a few more ingredients than the traditional dessert. But it's well worth it!
