Homemade Pumpkin Bars are moist yet light and fluffy. Topped off with rich decadent frosting, these are nothing less than exquisite! I’ve tried a lot of pumpkin bar recipes over the years, and I love the flavor of this one. The most irresistible spiced pumpkin flavor, and the sweet, slightly tangy cream cheese frosting really make these bars shine.
Most of us have childhood memories of sitting around a campfire roasting light and airy marshmallows until they’re warm and gooey, and then smooshing them between crispy graham crackers and sweet chocolate. Since I have no plans of building a fire anytime soon, these Easy S’mores Bars are perfect way to bring these favorite flavors back together!
My favorite flavor this time of year has always been pumpkin. Well, at least it used to be. Don’t get me wrong-I still love pumpkin, but with the current tis the season for everything pumpkin, anything not pumpkin spice is on my menu. Apples, cherries, blueberries, anything, but pumpkin! Enter my friend- The Dump Cake! This week, I think Slow Cooker Spiced Apple Dump Cake is what I want! Next week?? I’ll have to think on that.
Who doesn’t love gooey chocolate brownies topped with whipped cream and sweet strawberries?!?
