Heads Up Netflix Users! These Secret Netflix Codes may change the way you browse for movies!

What are Secret Netflix Codes?

In short, these are codes you can enter into your Netflix Browser. These allow you to bypass the Netflix common algorithms.

These Secret Netflix Codes can save you a lot of time searching for new things to watch!

How Netflix Works:

If you have used Netflix for a while, you may have noticed a few things.

Netflix automatically adjusts to show you more of what you're currently watching. For example, if the kids are searching for cartoons to watch, you will have LOT of cartoons start popping up as recommendations. If you've been watching cartoons it will show more cartoons! Um, no thanks, Netflix!

The good thing is, you can just go around Netflix algorithms. Just search with these “Secret” numbered codes.

No, they aren't actually secret since they are now online. 🙂 And, they aren't any sort of freebie.

You still need a paid Netflix account. These are all shows included in the genres Netflix offers. But hopefully these can make your experience searching for things to watch, a little easier!

How to Access the “Secret” Code List:

Step 1: Log into your Netflix as usual. Be aware that this list is not a way to get Netflix access without an account. Hopefully that's not anyone's goal!

Step 2: After you log in, enter the following beginning URL into your browser's toolbar: www.netflix.com/browse/genre/XXXX

Important!! Step 3: Now, instead of typing XXXX at the end, you will type in a series of numbers!

These numbers are listed below. They correspond to Netflix's sub-genres.

Note: Regional differences might prevent certain codes from working.

If something doesn't work, it might have changed/expired. Or, it could be working in other areas of the country.
