Spirit Halloween Mickey Mouse Costume Review
Recently I was given an opportunity to have Little Man review a costume from Spirit Halloween. Little Man decided he wanted to be Mickey Mouse. According to Spirit Halloween's website the costume is includes:
Mickey Mouse Deluxe Costume includes soft jumpsuit with incorporated jacket, attached sequin bow tie and character hood (Item# 07063308)
When Little Man saw the costume he also saw the hands and the bigger ears so he wanted them as well:
The officially licensed Disney Mickey Mouse headband has black ears along with black and white character gloves 100% polyester (Item# 07094741)
The costume is very well constructed and is made of quality material. The entire costume (sans ears) is one piece. The costume closes in back with velcro. The space for Little Man to slip into the costume was very minimal. He is a very slender, skinny young man. This costume fit him perfect. I chose the child's small which is stated to fit a child 36-47 pounds. It fit Little Man perfectly (he weighs 36.5lbs). I honestly cannot see this fitting a child that is larger. I did verify that the size on the actual costume was correct.
Overall, Little Man likes the Mickey Mouse costume from Spirit Halloween. He danced around doing his Mousekersize routine and the “Hot Dog” dance and he was able to move around comfortably. I would recommend this costume to someone that has a child that is at the lower end of the weight chart; however, if your child is 47lbs I would try this costume on in person to make sure it fits.
Disclosure: I was provided gift cards to Spirit Halloween that assisted me in purchasing the costume and the gloves and ears. All opinions are those of myself and Little Man.
