Essentially all you need is 10 minutes a day to be able to cleanse and moisturize your face to keep it in optimum condition. 

There might be areas of your face that you feel really self conscious about. If you really feel this could be the best solution for you then opting for facelift surgery could be your resolution. Listen To Uplifting Music

Listening to music that automatically makes you feel good or evokes happy memories is a good exercise to do to encourage more positive thoughts and boost self esteem.

Having some much needed me time is important, even if you feel you have family to look after. If they depend on you, then you have even more reason to try and find time for yourself as you need to look after your own wellbeing, which is both physical and mental. If you have a hobby you enjoy doing, like being creative, growing your own vegetables, going for a jog, cooking, writing, playing an instrument or having a chat with a friend. Snapshots on social media can create a misleading perception of reality on how you should be leading your life and you find yourself comparing your life to somebody else's. So if you notice you spend a lot of your spare time browsing through social media, try to gradually reduce the amount of time you spend doing this each week.  I feel like this is one of the biggest ways to learn how to build self confidence.

Write Down Your Achievements 

This is particularly useful to do as it serves as a reminder of all the things you have achieved in life. If you write down things in a journal you are more likely to realise the accomplishments that you have achieved instead of focusing on what you have not. It can also be therapeutic to write down your thoughts and feelings as a way of expressing your emotions and encourage you to experience more positive thoughts

Look After Yourself

If you are getting enough sleep, eating a good balanced diet and getting fresh air this can all help contribute to your general wellbeing and positivity. This can help prevent feelings of low mood and self esteem which then makes it more difficult to break out of. The more you look after yourself, the happier and confident you will feel about yourself and will feel ready to tackle anything that comes your way.
