1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend butter till creamy, add sugar slowly till well incorporated. Ad eggs, milk, and vanilla till blended. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. Add to wet ingredients until dough forms. Roll out onto floured cutting board and cut into your favorite shapes. Bake till barley brown on edges, remove from baking sheet and allow to cool.

Instructions

1. Beat butter until creamy. Then add the sugar slowly until incorporated. Then add the milk and vanilla.
2. Once mixed together. You can separate the icing into different bowls and add food coloring to them. Then ice each cookie. And use sprinkles to top. Be sure to add the sprinkles right after its iced or they will not stick.
4. This recipe can be changed however. If you add 3 Tbs of Meringue Powder it will help to make the icing hard. Its up to you if you want to do this.
