Sometimes you just want cake…but you don't feel like making a whole cake. Because then you will end up eating a whole cake because you can't let it just go to waste! Or at least that's what happens with me! haha! I make this after the kiddos go to bed and it's just me…some drink wine, I eat cake! Sometimes I even share it with my husband.
“Let them eat cake!”…Enjoy!
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 egg
- Teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 375 and butter a ramekin or small round oven safe container.
- Place chocolate and butter in a bowl and microwave for 15 second intervals until melted, stir at each interval. Let cool for a few minutes.
- In another bowl whisk egg, sugar, and vanilla, then fold mixture in with the melted chocolate.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Pour in ramekin and place in oven for about10-15 minutes. The edges with be done and the middle will still be moist.
