- 1 pkg Angel Cakes
- 1 box Instant Lemon Pudding
- 2 c. Cold Milk
- Lite Cool Whip
- In a large bowl, add the pudding and the milk. Whisk until pudding-like. Refrigerate for 15 mins. to help thicken it up a bit.
- In a mason jar or bowl, add pieces of the angel cake then layer with the pudding a cool whip. Continue to add layers until the jar or bowl is filled. Top off with a lemon wedge and a little chunk of cake. Enjoy!
