Cream cheese is one of my favorite ingredients. If a recipe calls for cream cheese I know that I’ll probably like it! The same rings true for this Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting. I love frosting on my cakes but I am not a fan of that thick, sugary frosting that comes on store cakes (even though my children normally just eat the frosting!!) This frosting is light and fluffy with a great taste. The perfect addition to any cake or cupcake!
- 1 tub whip cream ( like Coolwhip)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- To make frosting whip together with an electric mixer the whipped cream, vanilla and cream cheese for about 30 seconds. The mixture will start to thicken slightly. Perfect for a light frosting!
