Whipped-Cream-Cheese-Frosting

 

Cream cheese is one of my favorite ingredients. If a recipe calls for cream cheese I know that I’ll probably like it! The same rings true for this Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting. I love frosting on my cakes but I am not a fan of that thick, sugary frosting that comes on store cakes (even though my children normally just eat the frosting!!) This frosting is light and fluffy with a great taste. The perfect addition to any cake or cupcake!

WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1 tub whip cream ( like Coolwhip)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. To make frosting whip together with an electric mixer the whipped cream, vanilla and cream cheese for about 30 seconds. The mixture will start to thicken slightly. Perfect for a light frosting!
