I don't know about you but I am ready for Spring. I love seasons but I would be completely satisfied if it only snowed once a year…on Christmas preferably! But unfortunately that isn't my reality. Winter is still in full force where I live and I'm trying to make the best of it. This Snow Cream is a fun way to add some happiness to a chilly day!
Every season I make a bucket list for my kids and I. Even if I don't write it out I still have a list of seasonal activities that I want to do. Snow Cream has been on my list but I just haven't gotten around to it. I remember when I was young my Mom made snow cream with me. I though it was the coolest thing ever! I realized that I haven't done it yet with my little ones yet!
Last weekend my daughter's had a play date I decided it was time to check snow cream off the list! I went and gathered some fresh snow and had the kids mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. To bump up the coolness factor I let them add some chocolate and caramel syrup. They thought it was the coolest! I scored some definite Mom points! Their friends are still talking about it and wanting to come over and make it again.
