Pierogie Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 pound of American cheese
- 5 potatoes mashed
- 6 onions chopped
- 1 pound of butter
Instructions
- Cook elbow as time on the box saute the onions in 1 pound of butter add salt and pepper. Take half your elbows place on bottom of baking dish. Add cheese to cover elbows. Add all the mash potatoes. Add the rest of the elbows add the rest of the cheese. Take all the sauteed onions put on top. Bake for 325 for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
