My family eats a lot of tacos! My hubby likes hard shells. I hate buying them because it seems like half of them are already broken when you open the package. Here's a fun tip to make hard shells in your own oven. Heat up tortillas so they are more pliable. I rubbed my corn tortillas with a little water and put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Then place on the wire rack in your oven. So that the middle of the tortilla is on the rack and the sides are hanging down. Heat them in a hot oven (about 350 degrees) for about 7-10 minutes.  That's it! So simple! Now they aren't quite the same at the store bought ones, but they are cheaper, healthier, and easy to make!
