This recipe only takes 5 ingredients, most of which you probably already have in the pantry this time of year. My favorite part of this particular recipe is the crunch from the Rice Krispies! It also cuts down on the richness of the peanut butter, so you can enjoy more than one!
Melting Almond Bark can be tricky if you haven’t done it before. Just melting on the stove top is how these are traditionally made, but you can also use a Pyrex glass bowl and just microwave it if you’re more comfortable with it.
The other tip we have for this recipe is to use a fork to dip the peanut butter balls into the Chocolate Almond bark, so they end up with a nice thin coating of chocolate over them. If you make coated Peanut Butter Balls every year, they do have dipping forks on Amazon which are made for this purpose.

- 4 cups Powdered sugar
- 18 oz Peanut butter, 1 jar, creamy
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1/2 cup Margarine, 1 stick
- 1 pkg Chocolate Almond Bark
- Mix ingredients together with hands & roll into balls.
- Melt 1 pkg Chocolate Almond Bark according to package directions.
- Dip balls into bark. Let cool on wax paper.
