Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls:
Spending time with baking with your family and friends is one of my favorite things to do during the Holidays. Creating lasting memories that you will remember forever. This Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls recipe comes from one of our readers Marcia Smith who had a lot of fun baking with her daughter and grandchildren. Thanks Marcia for sharing this Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls recipe with our fans.
This recipe only takes 5 ingredients, most of which you probably already have in the pantry this time of year. My favorite part of this particular recipe is the crunch from the Rice Krispies! It also cuts down on the richness of the peanut butter, so you can enjoy more than one!
Melting Almond Bark can be tricky if you haven’t done it before. Just melting on the stove top is how these are traditionally made, but you can also use a Pyrex glass bowl and just microwave it if you’re more comfortable with it.
The other tip we have for this recipe is to use a fork to dip the peanut butter balls into the Chocolate Almond bark, so they end up with a nice thin coating of chocolate over them. If you make coated Peanut Butter Balls every year, they do have dipping forks on Amazon which are made for this purpose.
