I’m a sucker for a good slow cooker recipe. You can put a few ingredients into the crock, turn it on, walk away and come back a few hours later to a wonderful meal! Ah-mazing!!

Balsamic Pork Roast:

This Balsamic Pork Roast can go straight into the slow cooker with just a few ingredients. I love this, since sometimes my time in the morning is very limited and I am thinking about what I can throw together in under 10 minutes of prep time!

This one is perfect for those busy weekdays.  All these ingredients should be right in your pantry, so it also makes a great thing to add to the menu with only 1-2 items to add to the shopping list.

Ideas for Sides:

This Balsamic Vinegar Pork Roast is very versatile. I served it with potatoes and carrots. Then I used the left overs to make sandwiches…which were fabulous!  If you prefer the pre-made mixes like Knorr Rice Pilaf that would be a great addition.  You can also serve with brown rice and some green veggies like Brussels Sprouts, Green Beans, or even Asparagus. It’s a great well-rounded dinner.  The flavors of Balsamic Vinegar remind me of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, so I prefer sides that compliment those flavors well.
