Chocolate Eclair Cake RecipeThis Chocolate Eclair Cake Recipe has always been a favorite of mine. I asked my friend Michelle at church if I could have her recipe and I was so delighted when she said yes.
It’s so easy to make and it doesn’t even require you to turn on your oven!
We had my mom over for Memorial Day and this was a special treat. Just be careful if you cover it in the fridge that the frosting doesn’t stick to the lid or foil or it will all come off when you open it back up. Just line up graham crackers on top of your pudding in a 9×13 pan. They don’t have to be perfect, since the crackers will soften over time.
You will repeat layers with pudding and grahams until you get to the final top layer.
- 1 Box of Honey Maid Ghraham Crackers
- 1 8oz tub of Cool Whip
- 2 small boxes of French Vanilla Pudding
- 3 1/2 cups Milk
- 3 tablespoons of Nestle Cocoa
- 3 tbsp of soft margerine
