Roasted Roots
Roasted Roots! This is a very versatile meal or side dish. You can use any combination of root vegetables to fit what your family likes. We used 2 kinds of potatoes, carrots and parsnips. This is great for vegetarians or you can always cut up chicken and mix it in to make it a heartier meal!
Don't let the short list of ingredients fool you! This meal is very flavorful and filling!
