How to Sign up for Young Living Essential Oils

Garcia Family

My Testimony:

While I have to be careful what I share about my own personal testimony in order to stay within the FDA guidelines, let's just say I was looking for a more natural approach for my families health without harmful side effects. Our family has had multiple health issues over the past years. We have had huge success using the oils for our family that now both my adult kids and my husband are now asking to use them every day. It's not only helped us with a few things, but it's also helped us change our lifestyle and eating habits which was a huge hurdle for us. I'd love to talk to you more about my personal experiences and you can email me at melissa@consumerqueen.com

 Why Choose Young Living Oils?

I took me a good 6 months to decide to even use essential oils, (I thought they were hokey pokey at first) but after doing my research I chose Young Living Oils. Why? Well, they are the only company that was completely open to me visiting their farm and distillery to check out how authentic and pure their products are. Everyone else said no. So it just so happens that I got to visit the Lavender farm and distillery in Utah to see for myself. Also, I love the fact that Young Living Oils do not have an expiration date and that they can be ingested. They guarantee that no pesticides are used on the plants that they grow for their oils.

You see, my grandmother used to plant peppermint in her garden and she would pluck a leaf off and put it straight in her mouth or in her tea. You should be able to do this with your oils. The FDA says you only have to have 5-10% pure oil to be considered pure. That means you could be ingesting a lot of chemicals with other brands if you are not carefully doing your own homework.

Do Scented Candles, Incense, and Air Fresheners Cause Cancer, Allergies, and Asthma?

I used to love scented candles. I used several types of wax warmers and more. That was till I learned that these all come some hidden health risks. These types of products are known to contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs), allergens, phthalates, and cancer-causing chemicals such as benzene and formaldehyde. Many of the chemicals emitted by these products have been linked to hormone disruption, allergies, asthma, and even cancerous mutations in DNA.

In one recent study, scented candles were found to act as potent sources of VOC emissions, whether they were lit or not, and when lit, formaldehyde had the highest emission concentration. Incense sticks and air fresheners have also been shown to contribute to poor indoor air quality, including the release of benzene. The Daily Mail further reported:

In 2013, after a study of more than 2,000 pregnant women, the International Journal of Public Health reported that women who used air fresheners in their homes were significantly more likely to have babies that suffered from wheezing and lung infections. One study that followed 14,000 children from before and after birth found they had higher levels of diarrhea and earache, while their mothers had raised risks of headaches and depression, all linked to the frequent use of air fresheners and aerosols during pregnancy and early childhood. A 2007 study also found that using air fresheners as little as once a week can raise the risk of asthma in adults. The same report found that the risk of developing asthma was up to 50 percent higher in people who had been exposed to air-freshener sprays.”

Bloggers:

If you're looking to supplement your blog income I would love to suggest adding Young Living as sort of an affiliate program to your blog. As a blogger you never have to take orders or have home parties. Young Living oils are great for DIY and crafting projects and can fit nicely within an organic post. I do have to maintain a certain amount of personal orders to make commission on the people I sign up. What I do here is tell, people work on getting people to sign up and creating your base you can use part of your commission to pay for your personal monthly order. For example, if I make $1500 a month being a Silver I can take $100 out of that to pay for my order and still profit $1400.  It only took me about a month to start having enough to pay for my order and then some.

Now that my own group is established I have enough that I can start helping my team members by moving some of my extras underneath my team which benefits both of us. We also have a Private Facebook group with support and information as we are not just a team but a family.

If you are thinking about adding Young Living as additional income to your blog you can email me at: melissa@consumerqueen.com
