FreezerFit Freezer Meals Lettuce Beef Wraps

Try these Lettuce Beef Wraps from FreezerFit meals. Head over to the blog post to get your free cookbook for more!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of extra lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons siracha
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder (you can use minced garlic)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (powder)
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar or honey
- juice of 1 lime
- Romaine lettuce leaves (add on day of cooking, not to freezer bag)
Instructions
Label a 1 gallon freezer bag.
Add all ingredients except lettuce leaves to your freezer bag
Remove air, seal and freeze. Thaw out overnight in the fridge prior to cooking.
To cook, add your freezer bag ingredients to slow cooker. Set on low for 6-8 or high 3-4 hours.
Stir occasionally, breaking up meat and mixing sauce.
To serve, lay fresh (washed) lettuce leaves flat on a plate. Add meat and sauce mixture to each lettuce leave. Roll up if desired.

Freezer bag is optional. You can add ingredients straight to slow cooker.
