Swerve Sugar Replacement:
Seriously guys, Swerve is a staple for all my Keto recipes. If you are on the fence about switching over to Keto, you may not be ready to invest in sugar replacements for baking. However, these bags go a LONG way and will keep you from having to experiment with sweeteners or sugar-free drops as substitutes. The Swerve comes in Confectioners, Brown, and Granular varieties. I keep all three.
Peanut Butter & Co.:
These products are my go-to for peanut butter replacement. If you haven’t recently looked at labels, so many products can have added sugar! Peanut Butter & Co. Peanut butter and also the Peanut Powder have no added sugar and is natural (see labels for specific products). Since I do love peanut butter, this was something I didn’t want to live without! You can see my Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark which is made with this peanut butter.
Almond Flour: I use Bob’s Red Mill Super Fine Almond Flour in so many Keto-friendly recipes! Be sure to add some to your cart as you shop.
Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips and Almond flour are also Keto-friendly pantry staples for baking!
Cacao Powder and Vanilla:
Cacao powder is a pantry staple that again, goes a long way and ready for baking when you need it.
If you have been scouting out Keto friendly recipes, you may notice coconut flour comes of often! This Nutiva gluten free flour was a must for me.
I also keep Coconut flakes which are quite different than the flour. I picked these Edward & Sons Let’s Do Organic Coconut Flakes.
A couple recipes I’ve made with coconut flour are my Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies and Low Carb Cranberry Almond Trail Mix!
Earl Grey Tea:
This one was a treat for myself! I am not a coffee person so for these cold winter days –and cold spring days, right??– this is my pick. I got Harney & Sons Earl Grey Supreme from iHerb. Such a nice afternoon thing to enjoy to satisfy that snack craving without eating unnecessary foods.
Pasta and Spices:
Finally, I added some zero calorie Miracle Noodle Shirataki Angel Hair Pasta to my iHerb Keto Shopping List cart, along with Simply Organic Garlic Powder and Simply Organic Get Crackin’ Peppercorn Mix. The Epic Pork Rinds are crushed into a keto-friendly bread crumb consistency for “breadcrumb” coatings for chicken and more.
