Looking to make this as a freezer recipe to throw into a crockpot. It’s so yummy but would like to have it ready to go! Any suggestions?

Thanks and your welcome!
I keep seeing recipes that look delicious but then I come to the dreaded “spinach” part. My husband and I both detest spinach in any form. So what do we substitute for it? Don’t like kale either. Can you help because this looks really good?!
Artichokes?
Hi Brittnie, While to recipe doesn’t call for artichokes, if you’re a fan you could probably add a few without messing up the recipe 🙂
Hi – can you confirm that 3 tablespoons of garlic is correct – seems a bit much.
Thanks,
Martin.
Yes that is correct but you can use less if you like 🙂
Thank you for the recipe. I fully intended to make it as written. I made sure to pick up a lemon on my way home from work. I thought I was all set, turns out that I didn’t have parmesan cheese! Not willing to give up, or to go back to the store, I used feta cheese crumbles instead. Dinner was a hit! I still can’t wait to try it with the parmesan. Thanks
Yum! What a great twist to the recipe, thanks for sharing!
Love, Love, Love this recipe!!! Has become a very favorite family dinner. Thanks.
