Easy Recipes: Boneless Chicken Thighs

Broiled Garlic Chicken Thighs is a super moist, super easy, super quick meal that my family and I love!  It takes no time to mix up the butter sauce and the chicken bakes so quickly.  I also love that I only dirty one dish during this process.  I do use a silicone liner often, so it's an easier cleanup later.

The flavors of this chicken are so yummy!  The combination of butter with the Worcestershire sauce, garlic and parsley may sound too simple but it is really is full of great flavor!

Easy Recipes: Boneless Chicken Thighs in the Broiler is one of my go-to meals for when I don't have much time to make a meal or when I just have no energy left at the end of a hectic day.  I know my family is being well-fed and I didn't have to stress about coming up with a meal. To make it easier, I serve this chicken with the microwaveable bags of broccoli and I have a quick, healthy and yummy meal ready for my family all within 20 minutes.

Easy Recipes: Boneless Chicken Thighs

Try these chicken thighs for an easy weeknight main dish. This is an oven recipe you can have ready in under 30 minutes!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Additional Time 5 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter, 1 stick
  • 3 Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Garlic, minced, fresh or jarred
  • 1 Parsley, dried flakes is fine
  • 8-10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless preferred

Instructions

Preheat your oven to the Broil setting.

Line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil.

Place the fully thawed chicken thighs all along the bottom of the baking dish.

Melt the butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and parsley together in the microwave for a minute or so.

Stir the butter mixture to combine then spoon over the chicken thighs, leaving some for basting.

Broil the chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes, basting and turning once, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Poultry internal temp should be 165 and juices should be clear at the bone, prior to serving.

Serve with your choice of veggie or side dish. Enjoy!

Notes

Since the chicken thigh size may vary, we suggest cooking 7-9 minutes on broil, then flip chicken once. Continue cooking 7-8 minutes longer. If needed, turn oven temp to 400 and continue cooking 5 minutes.
